You can register up to five vehicles to enter the exhibition grounds for a stand party. Please note the following information to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Permitted vehicle categories
Access is limited to a maximum of five vehicles. Only the following are permitted:
- Cars
- Vans up to 3.5 tonnes
- Trucks up to 7.5 tonnes without trailers
Vehicles over 7.5 tonnes (e.g. 40-tonne lorries) are not allowed to enter.
Please note: Visitors to your stand party are not permitted to drive onto the exhibition grounds. Your guests should park at the Rebstock car park and use the shuttle bus to the exhibition grounds.
Requirements for vehicle access
- Access permits are issued exclusively for the operational handling of the stand party (e.g., catering, technical services, artists).
- Vehicle access is permitted from 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event. However, please note that setting up for the stand party outside your stand area is not permitted during exhibition opening hours!
- Loading, unloading, and parking are only allowed in the loading zones behind the exhibition halls – not in the event area.
- All vehicles must leave the exhibition grounds no later than 7:00 a.m. the following day.
Applying for vehicle access authorization
Please apply for your access permits in good time via our online form.
The following information is required for issuing the permit:
- Details of the person or company requiring access (e.g., caterer, band/DJ, supply vehicle)
- Type of vehicle (car, transporter, truck up to 7.5 t without trailer)
- Vehicle registration number (including trailer if applicable)
- Contact person with mobile phone number – ideally the driver’s number
- Postal address to which the access permits should be sent
- Information on supply vehicles (e.g., refrigerated vehicles) and any required power or water connections. If electricity is required: Please specify the exact type of connection.
Note on short-notice deliveries
For short-notice deliveries (e.g., catering), a deposit arrangement is available:
- Time window: One hour before the start of the event until 5:30 p.m. (for a trade fair closing time of 6:00 p.m.)
- A cash deposit of €100 must be paid at the access gate
- Refund upon exiting the grounds within one hour
- If the time limit is exceeded, the deposit is forfeited
