We offer a wide range of rooms for exhibitors at our trade fairs. Whether you need a meeting or conference room, storage room or office space, we have the perfect room for you.
Within walking distance of your stand, you can use rooms of various sizes and hold not only meetings but also press conferences or workshops, for example. Find time for your business meetings and activities in an office far away from the hustle and bustle of the trade fair, or store your exhibits and equipment in one of our storage rooms.
You can book the following rooms in the Shop for Exhibitor Services:
- Office space S with up to 15 m2, office space M with up to 22 m2
- Storage space S with 5-9 m2, M with 10-18 m2, L with 19-36 m2 and XL with 37-60 m2.
- Small meeting rooms up to 30 m2 and large meeting rooms up to 55 m2.
The Shop for Exhibitor Services opens a few months before the start of your trade fair. We will inform you by email as soon as the shop is available.

If you are planning an event that requires a larger room, please contact us at raumkoordination@messefrankfurt.com. We will provide you with a quote for the following room categories.
- Small conference rooms up to 90 m², medium-sized rooms up to 150 m² and large rooms up to 200 m².
- Small halls up to 300 m², medium-sized halls up to 500 m², large halls up to 750 m² and halls larger than 750 m².
