The company presentations of Messe Frankfurt exhibitors will remain on the respective event websites. You can continue to present information about your company and its products there. 

Buyers and visitors can find new business contacts at using the exhibitor search. The trade fair login also makes it possible to create a watch list and save relevant business partners there. 

Messe Frankfurt is focusing on its main platform and the event apps. We will therefore be migrating all popular features that have not already been migrated.

In the future, the focus can thus be placed on further development and optimization of an individual platform where innovations can be implemented even more effectively and efficiently.

The fastest way to save your message histories and contacts is to take a screenshot. Unfortunately, no export function is available for this.

After has been shut down, your data will no longer be available to you. In order not to lose any important information, we therefore recommend that you back up all data.

As an exhibitor, your presentation at will continue to be available. No transferral of data is required for this.

Further data such as stored contacts or message histories cannot be transferred for technical reasons. These are only available on and will be lost when the portal is closed. We therefore recommend saving this data manually.

After 29 March 2019 you will no longer have access to the service and information website The platform will be shut down and all data will be deleted under observation of the applicable legal requirements.
Your trade fair login will remain unaffected by the closure of Via the website, the event websites and the digital services, you can still log in to your trade fair login and change your data there. 

Your online presentation on has always been a free service. On request, exhibitors could also publish the data they had sent as part of the media package for the event websites on

Visitors and buyers were able to register on free of charge.

Discontinuation of the portal therefore has no financial consequences for you.
