Report theft
Important note: Filling out the theft report does not replace filing a report with the police and does not constitute pressing charges or initiate criminal prosecution.
We kindly ask you to complete the theft report to help us continuously improve our comprehensive security concept. The safety of our guests is our top priority. The evaluation of the data you provide contributes significantly to ensuring this standard.
Frankfurt Trade Fair Police Station
The police station is located in the Operation & Security Centre (OSC) on the south-west side of Hall 4.

Please note that reports can only be made directly to the police station or an official police station.
The security and order service is not authorised to take reports.
Important information about video surveillance
- Only the police have access to the video recordings of the exhibition grounds.
- The video data is stored in a ring buffer and regularly overwritten.
- Therefore, please report any thefts as soon as possible to enable the recordings to be evaluated.
