For the first time, you can order services for the Frankfurt Buchmesse 2022 digitally using the Shop for Exhibitor Services. In order to obtain your shop access quickly, you must first register your company details with Messe Frankfurt. We have provided explanations of the individual steps below.
1. Create your Messe-Login
In order to use the Shop for Exhibitor Services, you need a Messe-Login for Messe Frankfurt.
If you do not already have a Messe-Login, simply register with your personal email address and then confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the email that you will receive from Messe Frankfurt.
You will always find the Messe-Login in the upper right-hand corner of every Messe Frankfurt website –including the Shop for Exhibitor Services: www.serviceshop.messefrankfurt.com
2. Open the Shop for Exhibitor Services
If you are using the Shop for Exhibitor Services for the first time, you will not see any stands in the shop.
This is because you must first register your stand for the shop. To do this, go to “Add to your registered stands“ and select the option „Register a stand for your company“.
3. Going to the Messe Frankfurt for Corporate Customers portal
In the next step, with the preset option “Register a new company“ click on “Continue” to go to the “Messe Frankfurt for Corporate Customers” portal.
4. Select an existing company or create a new company
Here, you begin by entering the invoice-relevant company details for your orders. To do this, simply click on “Add new company“. Please only enter a company for which you are able to order in your own name and on your own account.
Now enter at least the first three letters of your company’s name. Our database will begin suggesting company names containing the combination of letters you have entered. You can further narrow your search at any time by entering additional letters.
5. Supplement your company details or re-enter these
If your company appears in the list of suggestions, click on it. If you would like to re-enter your company details, go to the end of the list and select the menu item “Company not displayed in the selection? Add data“.
Once you have done this, please add all the missing information or enter all the relevant company details. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
6. Complete registration and select Frankfurt Buchmesse 2022
After doing this, click on “Register“ to submit your company details to us. A pop-up will then appear. Please select Frankfurt Buchmesse 2022 as your event in this pop-up.
7. Supplement stand information
Now you can supplement your stand information in the portal. We require the following information from you:
- the hall and level where your stand is located
- your stand number (for example A25 or F123)
- stand size in metres
- stand type (for example row stand or corner stand)
Complete the process by clicking on “Submit“. Now we will prepare your stand in the Shop for Exhibitor Services. Please understand that this process may take a few days.
8. Receive email containing shop information
You will automatically be sent an email once your stand is available in the Shop for Exhibitor Services. In this email you will once again find all the all the relevant company details and your stand information.
If you would like to authorise other individuals to order services on behalf of your company, simply forward them the stand code found in this email.
