General stand cleaning, such as pre-cleaning (on the last day of set-up) and daily cleaning are included in the standard rental price and do not need to be ordered separately.
You can also book special cleaning as part of pre-cleaning and daily cleaning.
This includes the cleaning of:
- Exhibits, glass surfaces, stand walls, shelves and sensitive surfaces
- Kitchen facilities
- Scuff marks, smears
- Other
The hourly cost per cleaner from monday to saturday is € 28 and on sunday € 32.
Special cleaning is only performed after consultation with you (the customer) on location. During this consultation, we will finalise all your individual special cleaning requirements with you. For this purpose, we would ask you to provide us with a contact name, as well as a date and time at which we can meet.
Pre-cleaning, on the last day of set-up
Pre-cleaning takes place as of 10:00 p.m. on the last day of set-up. Pre-cleaning can also be carried out earlier upon request.
Pre-cleaning includes:
- Floor cleaning/carpet cleaning: This means damp mopping or vacuuming, depending on the type of floor
- Cleaning all horizontal surfaces such as tables, chairs and counters (except glass surfaces)
- Removal and disposal of carpet films
Daily cleaning every day after event close
Daily cleaning takes place after the event has closed for the day starting at 8:00 p.m. No cleaning is performed on the final day of the event due to dismantling.
Daily cleaning includes:
- Floor cleaning/carpet cleaning: This means damp mopping or vacuuming, depending on the type of floor
- Cleaning all horizontal surfaces such as tables, chairs and counters (except glass surfaces)
- Emptying of waste-paper baskets and waste receptacles at the stand (waste receptacles are equipped with new bin liners)
- Disposal of waste (amounts of up to 0.5 m³ will be disposed of free of charge)
