Corporate Culture

file

Messe Frankfurt has been a member of the “Charter of Diversity” initiative since 2011. This acknowledges our international outlook and the diversity of our workforce. Together with over 2,000 companies and public institutions across Germany, we have committed ourselves to diversity, fairness and respect. We strive to create a working environment in our company that is free of prejudice and exclusion.

Working conditions

Working conditions

Our corporate culture is reflected in secure jobs and superior working conditions at all our locations. As our aim is for our employees to stay at Messe Frankfurt in the long term, we give them every opportunity to develop their professional skills on an ongoing basis.

Helping our employees to find a healthy balance between working and family life is a priority for us. We offer them flexible working hours and part-time work models as well as back-up child care when required. Employees can stay in good physical and mental shape by joining one of the wide range of company sports groups or by getting involved in “Bike to Work” or one of the other campaigns organised as part of our “Messe Vital” health management programme.

Our employees appreciate our commitment and show a very strong identification with and loyalty to the Messe Frankfurt Group. We are equally proud at having been singled out for the “TOP EMPLOYER” seal of quality by independent CRF Institute owing to our excellent working conditions and high job security.

Barrier-free access

Barrier-free access

Thanks to its central location and ideal connection to all key transport routes, Messe Frankfurt can be reached quickly and easily.

Main areas within the exhibition grounds are also joined by short and simple routes. A barrier-free access and connection network and further services allow mobility-impaired visitors to move about easily as well.

We are a member of the European Major Exhibition Centres Association (EMECA), which works to minimise barriers on European exhibition grounds with its study, “Ease of access – ease of success”, and by recommending courses of action.
