Designers & Fashion, Fabric Experience: showcasing colour and gesture

New exhibitors demonstrate their skills

The next Texworld show, which will be held at the Paris Le Bourget exhibition centre from 7 to 10 February 2011, will be breaking new ground with a blend of action and colour in Designers & Fashion, Fabric Experience. The new sensory experience is an inspiring circuit through the exhibition, installed by the Artistic Directors Louis Gérin and Grégory Lamaud. “We are focussing on the physical manifestation of colour in order to offer visitors interactive visual experiences that will stimulate their imagination and that will also make it easier for them to make their selections and narrow down their choices from among the high-end fabrics that are in the spotlight. By using these scenes we want to symbolise and showcase the creativity in the sector. We want to inspire visitors with these allegorical representations, pay homage to the inventive talent of our exhibitors and to their new products in order to fuel the industry and respond to the demands of ever more discerning customers”, explains the duo.
