16.11.2011 Stefan Seitz to be new ISH Brand Manager

Stefan Seitz will be responsible for the management of the ISH brand of Messe Frankfurt from December 2011. In addition to being in charge of ISH Frankfurt, he will also focus on the systematic expansion of this trade-fair brand in growth regions of the world, including the existing ISH China and ISH Moscow fairs. In his new position, Mr Seitz reports to Iris Jeglitza-Moshage, Senior Vice President of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.

Seitz (36) takes over from Dirk John, who has had a decisive influence on the development of the world’s biggest fair for sanitation, heating and air-conditioning over the last two decades. Seitz has been with Messe Frankfurt since 2002, when he joined the company as an organisational specialist in the ISH team. In 2009, he assumed additional responsibility as project manager for the Texprocess and Texcare International trade fairs. A graduate in business studies, Seitz has several years of professional and managerial experience, as well as a first-class network in the fair and exhibition business. Dirk John (63) joined Messe Frankfurt in 1983 and has been ISH Director since 1988. He will hand over to Stephan Seitz when he retires on 30 November.

ISH is the world’s leading trade fair for sustainable sanitation solutions, innovative bathroom design and efficient heating and air-conditioning technology in combination with renewable energies and will next be held in Frankfurt am Main from 12 to 16 March 2013.

The dates of the next ISH fairs outside Germany are, in chronological order:

  • ISH China, Beijing:
    2 to 4 April 2012

  • ISH Moscow parallel to SHK Moscow, Russia:
    17 to 19 April 2012
