With a brand-new advertising strategy, Messe Frankfurt is focusing on its image as an excellent host. At the centre of the campaign is the notion of customer service as one of the core values of the company. This is symbolised by the ‘white gloves’ motif which, by means of pithy, readily understood gestures, illustrates the benefits of taking part in Messe Frankfurt events – both in Frankfurt and worldwide.
The Messe Frankfurt image campaign kicks off today with an advertisement in local broadsheet "FAZ", which will be followed in subsequent weeks and months by placements in major German newspapers and in relevant trade and business publications.
