Reserved parking spaces for those in possession of a disabled parking card are located throughout the grounds. Service staff on duty at “Tor Nord“ will happily provide more detailed information. Handicapped visitors who are not in possession of a disabled parking card, should please contact us (in advance) at our Info-Hotline for the Handicapped. |

| Should you be reliant on an accompanying person for your visit to the trade fair, the latter will, on presentation of your disabled pass, be entitled to admission free of charge. | ||

Wheelchair and Scooter rentals During the trade fairs you can rent wheelchairs and electrical Scooters (vehicles) for a deposit of 50 Euro. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance. Please contact our first aid stations: Hall 4 - Tel.: +49 69 75 75 65 00 Hall 8 - Tel.: +49 69 75 75 65 02 Standardised WC key All the sanitary facilities for the disabled within the exhibition grounds are fitted with "standardised WC locks". The Messe Frankfurt offers a service for Handicapped people, that can be found across europe at approximately 6.700 different locations. If you are not in possession of a key, please ask our hall staff. They will happily unlock the WC for you. You also have the possibility to purchase a "standardised WC key". All you need is the necessary entitlement (certificate of disability: aG, B, H, BL or G and GdB 70/90/100).
